We're Proud of Our Work
Commercial and Industrial Roofing Nationwide
We're proud of our work! Check out some of the projects we've done lately in the Siouxland Area.
TPO Roofing Systems:
Thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) is the fastest growing and most popular choice in commercial roofing membrane as it is highly reflective, giving it industry-leading energy efficiency and resistance. TPO membrane is the largest segment in the commercial roofing industry. With high reflectivity and strong heat-welded seams, TPO is a great choice for many different types of buildings.
EPDM Roofing Systems:
EPDM is a resilient synthetic rubber membrane widely used on low-slope roofing projects for over 50 years in the United States and worldwide. This popularity is due in part to the fact that EPDM offers a proven history of performance for over 58 years based on superior flexibility, elongation, UV resistance, and hail damage resistance. Dark-colored EPDM helps building owners save on heating costs.
PVC Roofing Systems:
Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is a popular and trusted membrane with decades of waterproofing protection and superior resistance in Europe and North America. PVC single-ply membranes have provided dependable protection and proven performance since the 1960s. PVC’s resistance to chemicals, grease, fire, and punctures make it an ideal choice for a wide variety of buildings.
Built up Modified Roofing Systems:
A built up roof system is a popular choice for buildings with low-slope or flat roofs. Often referred to by the acronym BUR, this system has been used for 100-plus years in the U.S. What makes BUR systems so popular? They are known for providing excellent protection due to their redundant nature because they are made up of multiple layers of ply sheets and asphalt. These layers are then topped off by a cap sheet or a flood coat of asphalt and granules. The multiple plies provide resistance to weather and heavy-duty protection for the building.
